Nogales.- With the addition of more children, the First Great Easter Children’s Camp carried out by the Instituto Nogalense y Sonorense de la Juventud, is developing with enormous success.
With various sports, recreational, educational and cultural activities, both dependencies carry out this event in the sports and aquatic facilities of El Represo in which around 200 children participate.
In order to promote physical and mental health in young people, the Nogalense Youth Institute in coordination with the Sonoran Youth Institute (ISJ), have been conducting these workshops April 11, 12, 13 and 14.
The second day of the camp was visited by the head of the ISJ, Rebeca Valenzuela Álvarez, who addressed a few words to the children present: “It is an enormous satisfaction to be able to replicate these activities in ten municipalities of the state, where hundreds of children can carry out sports and cultural activities, learn about nutrition and can count on psychological care” said the head of the unit.
For her part, Jennifer Olmos Cocoba said she felt very satisfied and grateful for the response that the young people have had, and thanked the different government agencies that have supported these activities for their participation.

The event also included the participation of the Municipal Health Directorate, the Nogalense Sports Institute, Public Safety, in addition to the collaboration of the State Center for Crime Prevention and Citizen Participation.
