Prestipino (Pd), first signature of the agenda: “Finally let’s put an end to barbarism”

«Another beautiful goal in favor of animals has been achieved: enough barrels! Within the Infrastructure and Transport decree, an agenda signed by me was approved which prohibits the use of animals for means of transport throughout the national territory ». To write it on Facebook is Patrizia Prestipino (Pd), deputy first signatory of the agenda that received approval from the Chamber.

On the text, the government had returned to the Chamber. It commits the government “to prohibit the use of animals for the traction of vehicles and means of any kind used in the street service and for non-scheduled public services aimed at transporting people for tourist and recreational purposes, throughout the entire National territory”. The government is therefore committed “to provide for administrative sanctions and confiscation of the vehicle and the animal in the event of unauthorized transport” and “to establish the custody of abused animals and also to convert to a license for driving animal-drawn vehicles in licenses for driving electric carriages or taxis’.
