Stellantis announced the launch of Stellantis & You, Sales and Services, i.e. the new commercial name of the retail division of the multinational automotive group. This is the result of the merger dating back to last February between PSA Retail (former retail division owned by Groupe PSA) and Motor Village (former retail division owned by the FCA group). According to Stellantis’ plans, the new name will strengthen “the sense of belonging”Of the 11,300 collaborators of Stellantis & You, Sales and Services. “It will also help to present the strengths of the network and the specific offer to end customers in the 12 countries in which it operates (Europe and Morocco)“, Reads the press release from the group.
The new stellantisandyou.com website will be the digital access point where customers will find the complete ‘suite’ of Stellantis & You, Sales and Services for new and used car sales, aftersale and rental services. The portal offers an “e-reservation” function, thanks to which the customer can book a car for three days. This option will be available in France by 25 November 2021 and will be progressively introduced in other countries.
Stellantis & You, Sales and Services constitutes the “B2C division” within Stellantis. The name highlights the strongly people-centered approach, which the division intends to develop in relations with all stakeholders, from customers to collaborators, both in physical and digital channels. There will be two main strategic pillars: “anticipating and accompanying changes in customer behavior and being the first in the energy transformation”.
To accompany customers in the new path, the retail company of Stellantis intends to reach 25% of online sales by 2030. Stellantis & You, Sales and Services aims to improve online sales and services and boost its profitability by 50% by the end of the decade. Furthermore, carbon neutrality by 2030 has been set as a goal.
