Stellantis has announced a series of key changes in its management organization, effective immediately, aimed at strengthening leadership and decisively addressing the global challenges of the automotive industry.
Under the guidance of CEO Carlos Tavares, these appointments mark a crucial step in the company’s strategy aimed at improving performance and adapting to industry transformations.
Antonio Filosa, who will continue to fill the role of CEO of the Jeep® brandwas appointed Chief Operating Officer for North America, happening to Carlos Zarlengawho will soon take on a new role. Filosa was instrumental to the region’s success South America by Stellantis, where it increased revenues, quality and market share. His experience and leadership in the North American market will be essential in leading this region at a crucial time for the industry.
Jean-Philippeimpresa, former CEO of Pro One, was nominated Chief Operating Officer Enlarged Europehappening to Uwe Hochgeschurtz. Learned brings with him almost 34 years of experience in managing brands, business units and commercial networks, and will be tasked with consolidating the company’s commercial performance in Europe during the delicate energy transition.
Doug Ostermann assumes the position of Chief Financial Officerhappening to Natalie Knight. Ostermann, with over 19 years of experience in the financial industry and former Chief Operating Officer of Stellantis China, will lead the company’s finances during a time of global uncertainty, ensuring stability and growth.
Gregoire Olivier was nominated Chief Operating Officer for China, also maintaining the role of Liaison Officer for Leapmotor. Olivier has extensive experience in the Chinese market, and his leadership will be key to strengthening Stellantis’ presence in one of the most competitive and strategic markets for the automotive sector.
Santo Ficili was chosen as CEO of Maserati and Alfa Romeo, as well as joining the Top Executive Team of Stellantis. With a long career in the automotive sector and a deep understanding of the business, Ficili will be instrumental in the relaunch of two of the group’s iconic brands.
Changes in the Supply Chain to optimize performance
To improve operational efficiency, Stellantis also announced the reorganization of his Sup Chain, which will be transferred from the Purchasing Division, led by Maxime Picat, to the Manufacturing Division, under the guidance of Arnaud Deboeuf. This change is aimed at improving collaboration with suppliers and optimizing production performance.
