BioWare’s Star Wars: The Old Republic MMO didn’t start its gaming career in the best way, but it slowly recovered and significantly improved its service, expanding its player base and features. Soon the title will celebrate its 10th anniversary and on that occasion BioWare will release a major new expansion called Legacy of the Sith.
Several new locations will be featured in this new DLC, including underwater structures on the planet of Manaan. In addition, you can go to the planet Elom and completing the series of Manaan missions will also unlock a new area and a new base of operations for our faction.
Important additions to the gameplay are also on the way, such as fighting styles, which will improve our class by differentiating it with our play style, thus allowing us to choose any advanced class within the class based on Tech or Force. And yes, we will also be able to secretly use the powers of the dark side while pretending to be acting as members of the Jedi Order. The maximum level has also been raised to 80.
There is also a new Operation Anomaly R-4, which players will “bring down a galactic threat in deep space” and a new Galactic Season that will bring new rewards, quality of life improvements and more. In addition to the launch of Legacy of the Sith, BioWare is also planning many other things, such as a new Flashpoint, a revamp of the PvP system, new locations, visual improvements, more story updates, UI improvements, and much more.
Legacy of the Sith will launch during the 2021 Christmas season and will be available to all current subscribers to the game at no additional cost.
