According to what was reported by Jason Schreier, journalist and insider of the videogame world, there would be interesting news on Star Wars: Jedi Fallen Order 2 and other EA projects, which have just been announced. In addition, the insider has also revealed a possible release date for the expected sequel to the game dedicated to the Jedi.
The recent news regarding three projects related to Star Wars immediately made many fans happy, who were clamoring for a sequel to Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order, released in November 2019. According to what Schreier reported, the game could be released as early as this year or next, with production started a long time ago.
This information seems to confirm what was previously stated by another insider, which had always foreseen the release window of the game for 2022, with an official announcement on May 4th, the day dedicated to Star Wars. At the moment, no official confirmation has arrived from Respawn, which however seems to have worked on the second chapter for a long time.
As for the other two projects, however, Schreier speculates a release date in many years, as evidence that the recent announcement is simply for recruitment purposes for new members. In particular, the move seems to have been made given the resignation of many staff within the company in the last period.

Plus the same insider reminds us that the exclusive licensing of Star Wars games for EA ends next year, highlighting how, however, it does not mean that other EA titles dedicated to the series will not arrive. In fact, other titles dedicated to the saga are on the horizon, such as Star Wars Eclipse, of which the first game details seem to have recently appeared.
We just have to wait for official news about it Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order 2, which apparently could be much closer than expected, while for the two projects concerning the first person shooter and the strategic game we will have to wait a few more years.
