Lowbie and Rainbow Ark are the new entries of Star Atlas.
The world of video games is heading towards a system à la Ready Player One, a metaverse in which to literally immerse ourselves in the game world and buy new items or gadgets are real currency. The reign of the NFTs. We are still in the prehistory of this sector, yet something has already moved in a preponderant way, like Star Atlas.
The new MMORPG puts players in a science fiction universe of the year 2620, in which it is possible to buy spaceships or actively enter the geopolitics of the sector. Based on Unreal Engine 5 and Nanite Virtualized Geometry, the title also makes a good show of itself, leading players to explore “strange, new worlds”, even if you have to put your hand to your wallet.
