Ciudad Juárez.- Elements of the Municipal Public Security Secretariat (SSPM) maintained surveillance outside the Plantel 6 High School School, located on Faraday Street, at the request of the school management of the morning shift, after an accident with a student.
Adrián Sánchez Contreras, spokesperson for the police corporation, reported that this Friday morning the directors sanctioned a student, who was forced to leave the campus as a disciplinary measure.
However, he said, the student published photographs on his social networks in which he showed alleged firearms and threatened to return to campus, which alerted the educational authorities who requested the presence of the SSPM.
Sánchez Contreras reported that the alleged weapons were not real, but paintball weapons, so any act against teaching, administrative staff or students was ruled out.
In response to the safety of the students, the corporation maintained the police presence during both shifts, it was noted.
El Diario requested the version of the events from the Cobach Coordination in the Northern Zone, but there was no response to the request for information.
On campus, the students said they were unaware of the incident and that it was mentioned by their teachers during their classes.
