Rome (Italy) repeats as the favorite destination of the Spaniards for the All Saints Bridge for the second consecutive year, according to data from Kiwi.com, which also highlights that Italy, as a whole, has registered an increase of almost 20% in reservations from Spain compared to 2023, with Milan as another of the most in-demand destinations.
Beyond the Italian borders, the rise of other European destinations is also highlighted, such as Paris (France), which has doubled the number of reservations, while Brussels (Belgium) has experienced a growth of 80% and Porto (Portugal), with nearly 70% more demand.
For their part, Prague (Czech Republic), Krakow (Croatia) and Lisbon (Portugal) complete the ranking of the most requested destinations during this long weekend from Spain, according to a statement.
These data present a big difference with those of 2023 since, except for the presence of the Italian capital, the map of destinations has been completely modified: last year, cities such as London (United Kingdom), Budapest (Hungary), Venice (Italy), Dublin (Ireland) and Barcelona led the November long weekend ranking.
Kiwi.com notes that spending on air transport is 22% higher this year compared to the same period in 2023, reaching the current average of 196 euros and short-distance routes experiencing the greatest increase (+57%).
The week of the long weekend, October 28, registers an increase in reservations of more than 40% compared to the following week (November 4), at which time it is detected a drop in air prices of almost 30%. For its part, Thursday, October 31, is emerging as the most popular day to travel.
Finally, the average stay of trips to the Todos los Santos bridge is four days and, although 64% opt for short getaways of up to three daysmore than 20% extend this break and choose to stay between four and six days at the destination.
