This was announced this Wednesday by the Minister of Health, Carolina Darias, after the celebration in Valencia of the Interterritorial Council of the National Health System.
Darias recalled that, since the beginning of the health alert for this virus, 323 cases have been registered and has indicated that all regional reports will be unified to provide regular information on the evolution of the disease on Tuesdays and Fridays. , as is already done with Covid-19.
The head of the department has also indicated that, within the framework of the Inveat Plan, 851 high-tech equipment (linear accelerators, TAC) will be installed in health centers, with the aim of having them in operation in the second half of 2023. will incorporate proton therapy equipment, within the framework of the agreement signed with the Amancio Ortega Foundation.
Darias has also highlighted the approval of the new oral plan, which increases the portfolio of services especially for children and adolescents with fluoride varnishes, pit sealants and mouth cleaning, and treatments such as fillings or orthodontics up to 14 years of age.
