(Reuters) – The S&P 500 and Nasdaq indices opened at record highs on Monday, led by gains in Tesla and energy stocks, at the start of a week filled with economic data that could count on a possible announcement of reduced purchases of Federal Reserve bonds.
The Dow Jones had positive variation of 0.04%, to 35,833.65 points. The S&P 500 rose 0.11% to 4,610.62 points, while the Nasdaq advanced 0.28% to 15,541.26 points.
