Seoul – The South Koreans have elected conservative opposition politician Yoon Suk Yeol as their new president.
The candidate of the centre-left ruling party, Lee Jae Myung, has admitted defeat and congratulated Yoon on winning the presidential election, the national news agency Yonhap reported on Thursday night (local time). dpa
