Tuesday November 30, 2021, the closing ceremony of the fifth edition of the Valeria Solesin Award, promoted by Meritocracy Forum and from Allianz Partners And sponsored by Suzuki in honor of the Italian who died as a result of the violent Paris attacks of 13 November 2015.

During the Solesin Prize ceremony sponsored by Suzuki and in the presence of Luciana Milani, mother of Valeria Soresin, were awarded i 12 finalist works selected from Scientific Committee who have tackled the issue starting from different points of view “Female talent as a determining factor for the development of the economy, ethics and meritocracy in our country”.
The field of study of the awarded theses is varied: from the legal one to the sociological and psychological one, from the political-economic one to the statistical one, with ideas also starting from the analysis of phenomena of stringent relevance such as environmental sustainability, Diversity Management, the Revenge Porn.
In total they were 28 applications received by undergraduates of many of the most prestigious Italian universities, both public and private. After evaluating the originality and innovativeness of the works, the Scientific Committee of the Prize selected the 12 winners, who received the prizes up for grabs, for a total value of 31,700 euros.
Suzuki sponsors the 2021 Solesin Prize
By joining the Solesin Prize, Suzuki confirms support for an initiative that aims to ensure a better future for new generations, insisting on the importance of cultivating and promoting the roots of one in the world of work meritocratic culture, which evaluates the talent without distinction of gender, and considering the achievement in the workplace as in the family environment of equal importance, underlining their complementarity.
