Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin has promised city entrepreneurs grants for the rapid vaccination of employees against coronavirus. About it reported on his website.
According to Sobyanin, Moscow business makes a huge contribution to vaccination. More than 1.5 thousand enterprises have already reported that 60 percent of their employees were vaccinated with the first component.
“In order to encourage the most responsible and disciplined work collectives, we have made the following decision,” the mayor said. “The first 100 enterprises, organizations and individual entrepreneurs that fulfill the requirement for the complete completion of vaccination for 60 percent of employees will receive grants in the amount of 100 percent of personal income tax paid in the previous 12 months, but not more than 5 million rubles.”
Cafes and restaurants that “strictly comply with the requirements for the use of QR codes” will receive grants for full payment of utilities for this period in the third quarter, Sobyanin added. The mayor’s office expects that part of these funds will be used to reward workers who have been vaccinated.
Earlier, Sobyanin said that vaccination against coronavirus in Moscow gained momentum. The total number of people who received at least one vaccination exceeded 2.7 million.
