Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin called the new wave of coronavirus in the capital difficult. His words are broadcast on the TVC channel RIA News…
“We see that the current autumn wave is quite difficult and with high dynamics,” Sobyanin said. According to him, in recent weeks, the increase in the incidence of coronavirus amounted to 20-30 percent and this figure is not decreasing. According to Sobyanin, only a third of the elderly have taken root in the city, and this has become the main problem. “God himself ordered them to do it,” the mayor added.
At the same time, the city will not stop developing even despite the pandemic, Sobyanin assured. “Yes, some restrictions are possible, yes, some short-term restrictive measures are possible, but in general the city has adapted, and we understand that this will not stop us,” he concluded.
Earlier, Sergei Sobyanin said that elderly Muscovites who have been vaccinated against coronavirus infection can receive monetary compensation in the amount of 10 thousand rubles instead of gift sets “Taking care of health.” The new rules are effective from October 12th.
