We already have confirmation that the next one will take place on 7 July Ubisoft Forwardbut we know (unfortunately) that it will be dedicated only to Skull & Bonesthe company’s new pirate game that hasn’t been shown for a long time.
Yet there are many games waiting that gamers hope to see: among the many it obviously stands out Assassin’s Creednew chapter – perhaps the latest given the Game as a Service drift that the brand is taking – which should be called Infinity and which could revolutionize the brand.
The information comes from Ubisoft’s blog post announcing that the July 7 there will be the next in-depth look at Skull & Bones, an open world game dedicated to pirates, and that the 10 September at 9.00 pm (Italian time) there will be a new Ubisoft Forward that will talk about all the other games of the company.
Among the many expected games, as we said, there is Assassin’s Creedbut also Far Cry, Watch Dogs, Rainbow Six and still mysterious news, not to mention historical postponements such as Prince of Persia, which we still await.
Skull & Bones is an online naval game that will immerse players in a freely navigable and dynamic maritime scenario, able to react to their actions and evolve to challenge them continuously. Based on the studio’s naval combat experience, Skull & Bones introduces an innovative wind management system that will offer new tactical opportunities to sail faster, shoot farther, hit harder, avoid lethal blows, and position yourself to decimate your own opponents.
Players will also be able to create their own fleet of ships, each specializing in different battle conditions, thanks to the many customization options. Justin Farren, creative director of the project, said:
Skull & Bones is the game our team has always dreamed of making, so we’re really excited to finally be able to share our vision here at E3. Thanks to our realistic world, our innovations in gameplay, a strong fantasy component and the team’s commitment to support the game for a long time, we believe that Skull & Bones will offer players a unique experience, allowing them to experience the thrilling and compelling pirate life.
