Skate 4 is continuing its development path at Full Circle and appears to be well under way, according to some rumors, with the game it would be in testing phase interior and would be ready for one official presentation.
After a long wait from many fans, the new Skate was announced at EA Play Live 2020, but beyond this it has practically not been seen in these two years. We know that the development has been entrusted to Full Circle, a new team founded by EA specifically to carry out this project, even if it will probably also dedicate itself to something else.
However, we haven’t actually seen Skate 4 yet, or simply “Skate” as the fourth installment of the series seems to be called, as the videos released so far are mostly development diaries that contain no actual gameplay snippets.
Considering that the game is currently in the QA phase, or testing to ensure the quality of the product, we can think that it is ready enough to at least be shown to the public.
The information, as reported by Exputer, comes from the Origin API on PC, which contains references to the Skate 4 playtest in the code, which allowed for this reconstruction. All this would suggest a possible upcoming presentation, which could fall into a specific event or something like that, considering, however, that the EA Play 2022 has been canceled by Electronic Arts, thus losing a possible opportunity.
