The traffic jam occurs in the Alicante direction, from the exit towards Ronda Norte to the Thader shopping center
The Espinardo junction, the area of Murcia that suffers most recurrent traffic jams, collapsed again this Tuesday afternoon. After 8:00 p.m., traffic retention extended beyond the connection between the A-7 and the A-30 and reached up to six kilometers in the direction of Alicante: from the exit to Ronda Norte to the height of the Thader shopping center, according to the website of the General Directorate of Traffic (DTG) and the Google Maps traffic tool.
Traffic jams are frequent in this area, although less on days like a Tuesday than on weekends. In addition to the fact that it occurred at the time that most workers finish their working day, there are two factors that can also explain this traffic jam: it is a holiday in Castilla-La Mancha and it coincides with the last day of May, so it is possible that for some the holidays start this Wednesday.
