Hämeenkatu a 35-year-old pregnant woman died last Thursday in a shooting incident. The woman had a small child with her, who was not injured in the situation.
The next of kin contacted by Aamulehti says that the victim of the murder was a kind, well-liked and international woman who had many friends both in the Roma community and outside of it. According to a close relative, the little boy who was in the victim’s arms is fine considering the circumstances.
“All propaganda in our name about revenge and hatred is false. Of course, the relatives are angry with the perpetrator and believe that justice and God will make sure that he gets what he deserves.”
Police are investigating the shooting as a homicide.
