Queen was lost in a field and no one could find her: thanks to Lucy’s intervention, she is now safe and sound
The protagonists of today’s story are two beautiful little dogs. A female German shepherd, later renamed with the name Queen, had been abandoned in a remote field and only thanks to the instinct and the nose of the pit bull Lucy, managed to be found by volunteers. Today the two are great friends and have also found their place in the world.
It all started when volunteers from an animal rescue association called No Kill Kern they received a call warning them of a lost dog near fields.
Arrived on the spot, the rescuers have tried to look for the animal, but it seemed that he was not there no sign. Fortunately, there was a special helper on their side who would soon solve the mystery.
Lucy is one pitbull female which for years has been helping the association in the most difficult tasks. It helps them search for missing people and animals. And even then, within minutes she had managed to get on the trail of that German shepherd.
The volunteers tried to approach that frightened little dog, but she didn’t trust it every time ran away.
So, those people got an idea for capture it. They placed some kind of trap. A cage with dog food inside, which was supposed to lure the dog inside and then close.
Queen is finally safe
In no time, the trap has worked. The dog got stuck inside the cage and the volunteers were able to approach it safely.
They took her to the shelter and subjected her to all the necessary treatments. She was scared, but hers health conditions they were pretty good.
Over the next few days, Queen began to open his heart. And to help her again, it was the very good Lucy. The two had held a extraordinary friendship relationship and they were now inseparable.
