Sharjah (Al-Ittihad)
The Sharjah Self-Defense Sports Club will participate in the next edition of the Government Games in Dubai from February 29 to March 3 next, in the junior category, for ages 10-13 years, in a new initiative for the club, in conjunction with its various successes.
The club began its training to prepare optimally for competitions in the first edition for young players in the government games, under the supervision of the Director of the Sports Training Department, Abdulaziz Al-Hammadi, and Coach Muhammad Bahari, through a series of daily training.
Ahmed Abdul Rahman Al Owais, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Sharjah Self-Defense Sports Club, confirmed that the aim of participation is to give the club members the opportunity to undergo a series of physical and mental challenges during competitions, and to test them to show the latent energies they possess.
Al Owais revealed that the club’s management seeks to provide all sports and community opportunities for athletes, in accordance with the vision of the Sharjah Sports Council, and in a way that contributes to developing their sports personalities in all aspects.
