Sometimes transferring content from your mobile phone to your computer is a bit lazy because it has to be done via cable or you have to download an app to do it. Some time ago, Windows enabled a function to integrate Android storage into the browser windows files to share and manage files.
The only negative is that it was reserved only for users who download versions in developmentbut now the company is activating it for everyone. Therefore, we are going to tell you how it works.
With this Windows function it is much easier to manage your mobile files on your computer
This novelty makes the mobile appear as one more drive inside Windows file explorer. In the computer settings, within the Bluetooth and devices section, you must check the option “Allow” the team to access the mobile devices and then select “Manage devices”.
Once done and, if you do not have any mobile Android added, you must add it using the button “Add Device” and then activate the integration of āShow mobile device in File Explorerā. Immediately, you will be able to see the name of your phone in Windows file explorer as if it were just another unit.
That is, like when you connect your phone with a USB cable and the computer recognizes the device so you can perform different actions with it. In this case, appears under āDesktopā and not within āThis deviceā, and allows you to manage all the files on your mobile: from deleting them, opening them, copying themetc. The good thing is that since you have the added device, it is not necessary to connect it with the cable every time you want to perform some action, being much more direct and accessible.
