Service centers “Moscow Transport” at the request of the townspeople again began to work in full-time mode. This was reported to Izvestia on Thursday, October 28, at the press service of the Administrator of the Moscow Parking Space (AMPP).
Muscovites will be consulted in compliance with all sanitary safety measures. However, AMPP stressed that now, due to the unfavorable epidemiological situation, it is better to solve parking issues remotely – through a single contact center of Moscow Transport, unified transport portal, by mail. On November 4, National Unity Day, service centers will not work.
In service centers, residents of the capital can consult and submit an appeal on parking space issues, obtain permission to return a vehicle from a special parking lot, appeal a resolution on an administrative offense, ask a question about the operation of public transport, get an explanation of fares, get information about the development of cycling and pedestrian infrastructure, leave an application for the repair of a traffic light or the installation of a road sign, obtain a permit for taxi transportation, get advice on the issuance of passes for the right to enter and move freight transport in Moscow.
In Moscow, in accordance with the decree of the mayor of the city Sergei Sobyanin, from October 28 to November 7, there is a non-working day regime.
Parking lots on the streets of the city at this time will work as usual. Moreover, from November 4 to November 6, parking on them will be free, because these are holidays.
For all questions related to paid parking space in Moscow, you can contact the single contact center “Moscow Transport” by phones: 3210 from mobile phones or +7 495 539 5454.
