What should have been a party, ended again on a black day. A young man was killed and another was injured after a violent shooting between fans, at the celebrations for the anniversary of Independiente Rivadavia de Mendoza in the vicinity of the General San Martín Park.
Provincial police sources indicated that after 23 o’clock they learned of a 26-year-old man, seriously wounded by gunshot, near the Andino Tenis Club, located about 700 meters from the Independiente stadium “Bautista Gargantini”.
The young man entered the Lagomaggiore hospital without life with four impacts to the chest, shoulder, neck and jaw, the police report said.
The victim was identified as Gabriel Osvaldo Videla Parraguez, He lived in the Sol y Sierra de Godoy Cruz neighborhood and had a criminal record.
