Sergio Ramos has already arrived in Paris to train with his new club and has given an interesting interview to the French newspaper L’Equipe in which he has left several interesting statements, including some referring to the Spanish team.
Ramos said that he was happy in his new stage with PSG and that he felt very well received by the dressing room and the fans. The Camas defender admitted that he would have to get used to the rain after having always lived in Spain.
On Madrid he only left good words, but admitted that now his cycle had ended in the white team and that he did not want to continue anchored in the past. The Sevillian aims to win the first PSG Champions League, despite admitting that what he achieved with Madrid is not achievable by any other club.
Another of the statements that the central defender left was about his relationship with Neymar, with whom he says he has a friendship relationship for 6 or 7 years. He also acknowledged that he was in contact with Keylor Navas and Di María, former former colleagues with whom he will meet again.
Regarding the National Team, Ramos regretted not being able to be in the Eurocup, although he was happy about the good tournament carried out by Luis Enrique’s men. When asked if he hopes to return, Sergio replied: “Yes, I hope to have a future in the National Team. Bonucci and Chiellini are still international. But I know that for this I must continue at the highest level in the field. Playing in the National Team has always been very important for me”.
Finally, they questioned him about the future of Mbappé, of which it sounds precisely for Real Madrid. Ramos did not shut up there and advised that the French striker continue at PSG, since he trusted the team that they could form together and with Neymar.
