There are currently rumors surrounding Sergio Ramos, his contract with real Madrid is currently only dated until summer 2021. Besides the already mentioned Interest from Paris Saint-Germain half of the Premier League should now be after the central defender – but does Ramos even want to change?
According to information from 90min With Liverpool FC, as well as the clubs from Manchester and London, the entire “Big Six” are not averse to signing the 34-year-old next summer. The clubs have already sent Sergio Ramos’ advisors to this effect.
But Ramos himself doesn’t think much of a move to England and staying at Real seems more likely.
Not only does Ramos think little of life on the island, Real is currently on the verge of reaching an agreement with its figurehead to extend the contract that expires next summer by two years.
It is also conceivable that Ramos will accompany the ongoing, but by no means fully implemented, upheaval at the Royal for at least another year.
In the summer of 2022 he could then hand over his “child” to the new generation and devote himself to one last challenge at the age of 36. It is more than questionable whether England will then be the target of the election. The icon is more likely to be involved in Qatar or Saudi Arabia.
