Sercotel, the company owned by the Landon Corporate Group – the Gallardo family’s holding company – is launching to attract digital customers for the period between 2025 and 2027.
The Catalan hotel company has presented Sercotel Horizon, its digital strategy designed to accelerate performance over the next three years. With this plan, the company led by José Rodríguez will focus on attracting new clients globally through the use of advanced technological solutions and data analysis. With this, Sercotel intends multiply your direct sales turnover by 2.5 on-line between 2025 and 2027until reaching 38 million euros.
The company has ended the 2024 financial year with a increase in turnover of 20%until reaching 150 million euros. Rodríguez pointed out that “the 2024 results demonstrate the impact of our commitment to talent, the expansion of our portfolio and technology as fundamental pillars of our growth.”
Looking ahead to 2025, Sercotel plans to increase its income by another 20%until reaching 180 million euros. To achieve this goal, the hotel company will rely on the expansion strategy and the incorporation of hotels to its portfolio.
At the end of 2024, The Catalan hotel company had 85 hotels. Of them, 50 are operated directly by the firm on a rental basis, while another 25 are on a franchise basis. The remaining 10 hotels are contracted and are in the construction process, which will allow them to enter the company’s portfolio between 2025 and 2026.
For the current fiscal year, the hotel company contemplates the opening of six new hotels in locations such as Valencia, Seville, Granada, El Prat de Llobregat, Chipiona and another destination which has not yet been revealed by Sercotel. In addition, the company is working to expand its offer with a total of 17 additions, including eight hotels already operational, six new projects and three establishments that will be part of its franchise program. So things are, Sercotel plans to close 2025 with a total of 100 hotels in Spain.
