Through an interview with the site GameProMark Slater-Tunstill, game visual effects director at Ninja Theory, revealed that Senua's Saga: Hellblade II It will run at 30fps and have a dynamic resolution on Xbox Series X|S. In his talk, the developer pointed out that this split was taken to offer a cinematic experience.
This is not the first Xbox first party game to run at 30fps. Let us remember that starfield is also limited to this frame rate. Fortunately, this aspect can be increased on PC, as long as you have the necessary equipment to achieve this objective.
Along with this information, it was announced that Tameem Antoniades, Ninja Theory co-founder and chief creative director, has left the studio. Regarding the long-awaited sequel, the game is now directed by three creative leaders: Dan Attwell, environmental art director, Mark Slater-Tunstill, visual effects director, and David García, audio director.
After five years of waiting, Senua's Saga: Hellblade II will finally arrive on Xbox Series X|S and PC on May 21, 2024.
