One of the largest consortium operators in the country, Embracon has not seen in its balance sheets the difficulties of the economy. The company ended 2021 with a 16% growth in the volume of credits sold, with R$ 6.2 billion. The good performance was driven by the partnership with seven companies, including Grupo Carrefour, Unidas and Cresol. For 2022, according to Vice President Luís Toscano, the projection is for growth of 15.5%.
The consortium segment recorded record sales in 2021, with 3.5 million adhesions, a growth of 14.6% compared to 2020, according to data from Abac, the industry association.
