+++ 10.10 p.m.: Speaking to US senators and lawmakers, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyi said Russian forces have two nuclear power plants in Ukraine (Zaporizhia and Chernobyl) under their control and are advancing on a third (Yuzhnoukrainsk in the south of the country).
