Sant Cugat’s sexual predator faces 17 years in jail

Now, The Prosecutor’s Office asks for 16 years and eleven months in jail for eight aggressions. One of them with penetration and another, in a tentative degree, between January 2020 and April of the following year.

It was the complaints of several women who led to the Central Unit of Sexual Aggression (UCAS) To suspect that after the assaults a single aggressor could be found, since, according to the description of the victims, the same pattern was repeated. The subject was dressed in work clothes and always with a covered face. Sometimes with a scarf, sometimes with a balaclava and sometimes acted violently. A “very complex” investigation, pointed at the Mossos, since the complainants could not identify their aggressor and the recordings of the station captured the individual.

The first attack on which the Catalan body has proof of January 23, 2020. In addition to the prison sentence, the Public Ministry requests that cannot approach less than 1,000 meters from the victimsand that once he complies with the eventual conviction, he remains for five years.
