The injured 21-year-old received a 25-day prognosis. The investigating judge issued the precautionary measure of the ban on approaching his brother’s house
Sanremo – A 21-year-old boy was stabbed by his 18-year-old brother in Sanremo, during a dispute that broke out for family reasons. The facts date back to last Thursday, but the news only leaks out now at the end of the hearing to validate the provision for temporary expulsion from home, which took place today in front of the investigating judge Massimiliano Botti of the court of Imperia. The investigating judge, on the recommendation of the prosecutor Barbara Bresci, issued the precautionary measure of prohibition of approaching the brother’s house.
According to what is learned, the younger of the two – according to the lawyer who defends him – grabbed the knife after being beaten by his brother who broke his lip. The 21-year-old, who sustained a wound between his fourth and fifth rib with mild lung involvement, was taken to the emergency room from his father.
Arrived in the house of the two brothers, the carabinieri found the knife, a 23-centimeter kitchen blade still stained with blood. The victim’s prognosis is 25 days.
