Sánchez, in the case of Errejón: “Sumar has an unequivocal commitment to the feminist cause and trust is total”

The Socialist Party and the Government as a whole with the president at the head have come out in a rush to launch a closed defense of the role played by Yolanda Díaz in the management of the Íñigo Errejón scandal to plug this new waterway in the Executive. From the capital of India, Pedro Sánchez has once again praised the figure of his vice president and coalition partner.

“Sumar has acted forcefully from the first second they became aware of this matter and throughout all these years it has had an unequivocal commitment to the feminist cause. “The trust is total in all the ministers, it is resounding,” he answered questions from the press during his appearance in Bombay.

Sánchez wanted to once again dispel any hint of doubt about the viability of a Government now hit by the corruption case of José Luis Ábalos and by the complaints of sexist harassment that have caused the former Sumar spokesperson to abandon politics. “In 2027 the left will present themselves again and we will win again. And we will continue to govern. And we’ll see if I run against Feijóo or against another leader,” he said.

The president has also referred to the new accusation of his partner, Begoña Gómez, known this Thursday. “It is the same far-right organizations that are filing the complaint and I am increasingly convinced that time will put things right,” he declared.

Judge Juan Carlos Peinado has accepted for processing the complaint filed by the ultra organization Hazte Oír against Begoña Gómez for the crimes of misappropriation and professional intrusion in relation to the software of the Complutense University that it offered free of charge to some companies and “without intention of profit.”
