The Italian coach, Andrea Soncin, has selected four players from Salvatore Mango's team among the 32 athletes called for the next matches, the friendlies against Ireland (Friday 23 February, 6.15 pm at Viola Park in Bagno a Ripoli) and England (Tuesday 27 , 6pm, in Algeciras, Spain).
The Sampdoria players called up by Soncin are the goalkeeper Amanda Tampieri, the full-backs Aurora De Rita and Elisabetta Oliviero and the young midfielder Eva Schatzer. For the top three it will be the debut in blueit is the second time for the South Tyrolean: she had been called up in the pre-World Cup meeting when she wore the Juventus shirt.
