Genoa – First checks this morning for the Sampdoria striker Manolo Gabbiadini, forced to leave prematurely last night during the second half of the match against Milan. The sprained trauma to his left ankle was confirmed, but the player felt less pain today and walked normally, without the need for crutches.
He will certainly miss Sunday’s match away from Sassuolo, while during the break we will take stock of the situation to understand when it will be available again. The physiotherapy recovery path has already been planned for the attacker and further instrumental investigations will follow in the coming days.
