Two men armed robbery of two clients in a cafeteria in the municipality of San Pedro, where they took away at least one watch valued at 168 thousand pesos.
The assault occurred at the establishment called Kali Coffee, in Plaza Vita, located on Gómez Morín Avenue.
At the outdoor tables a man was tasting a coffee, when suddenly a robust man in a white shirt and light pants approached him, and showing a silver firearm, demanded that he hand over his watch.
Fearing of being injured, the customer gave a Rolex watch to the thief. At that moment a second thief left the establishment, and joined his accomplice, to run towards the entrance of the square and escape aboard a black car.
After the thieves escaped, it was revealed that inside the establishment a woman had also been the victim of the theft of her watch.
A source reported that only the woman filed a complaint with the authorities.
However, another source explained that the Rolex watch, valued at 168 thousand pesos, was stripped from the customer who was outside the premises.
Elements of the San Pedro Public Security Secretariat, as well as ministerial agents, attended the place.
In order not to arouse suspicion or fear among the clients of the commercial plaza, the police units remained in the basement of the plaza, while the elements, keeping secrecy, interviewed those affected on the premises.
