Sabah Khaled Al-Hamad Al-Sabah takes the constitutional oath as Deputy Emir of Kuwait

Kuwait News Agency reported that Sheikh Meshaal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, Emir of the State of Kuwait, received, this Sunday morning, at Seif Palace, Crown Prince Sheikh Sabah Khaled Al-Hamad Al-Mubarak Al-Sabah, to take the constitutional oath on the occasion of his appointment as Deputy Emir.
The Kuwaiti Crown Prince pledged to always be loyal to his oath, a steadfast covenant keeper, and a faithful advisor to the Emir of the country, dedicated to serving the nation, faithful to its interests, preserving its security and stability, nurturing its values, originality, and unity, diligent in its elevation and progress, committed to the teachings of the true Islamic religion, and adhering to the constants. The Emir of the State of Kuwait, Sheikh Meshaal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, issued an Emiri order appointing Sheikh Sabah Khaled Al-Hamad Al-Mubarak Al-Sabah as Crown Prince. The Emiri order stated, “The Prime Minister and the ministers must implement it, take effect from the date of its issuance, and publish it in the Official Gazette.”
