The non-working day regime from October 30 to November 7 was introduced throughout the country by President Vladimir Putin. At the same time, the governors received the right to introduce them a week earlier, as well as, if necessary, extend this regime further.
Small businesses in the fields of sports, tourism, catering, additional education, consumer services, culture, leisure and some other industries will help free grants in the amount of one minimum wage per one employed employee. You can apply from November 1 to December 15. The money will be transferred in eight working days.
Since November, 30 Russian banks will resume issuing soft loans at a rate of 3 percent per annum for small businesses in a number of industries and socially oriented non-profit organizations. The main condition for receiving preferential support is to retain at least 90 percent of employees. They will control this through the Federal Tax Service. Loans for up to 300 million rubles will be issued for a year and a half.
Veterans awarded the medal “For the Defense of Leningrad” or the badge “Resident of besieged Leningrad” will pay 50 thousand rubles each in honor of the 80th anniversary of the opening of the Road of Life. Pension Fund will list money during November along with pension and other social benefits.
From November 1 in Russia, perfumery products can be sell only with marking – a unique code is applied to the packaging or label of each product.
Starting from November 1st, all online trading aggregators must accept payments for goods using the cards of the Mir national payment system.
From November 9, the operational headquarters for the fight against coronavirus resumes flights with Thailand, the Bahamas, Iran, the Netherlands, Norway, Oman, Slovenia, Tunisia and Sweden. Also, from this day, restrictions on flights to the Egyptian resorts of Hurghada and Sharm el-Sheikh will be lifted.
