Teenagers from Yekaterinburg conducted several tests based on the popular Korean TV series Squid Game at the local school # 131. Photos from the scene published Telegram-channel Mash.
According to the newspaper, the children organized two contests: “The quieter you drive, the further you will be” and “Sugar honeycomb”. According to the rules of the first game, the participants must reach the finish line as early as possible, while the presenter says the phrase “The quieter you go, the further you will be.” In the second competition, participants must cut a figure out of a sugar pancake without breaking it. According to the plot of the series, players who failed the competition were killed.
The schoolchildren recreated the universe of the picture: all the participants were wearing uniforms, but not green, as in the original, but white. The “guards” were dressed in red overalls and held a toy weapon in their hands. As the channel notes, the defeated players even feigned death – they fell to the ground.
As writes Telegram-channel “Caution, news”, children filmed a video for YouTube. Initially, the teenagers gathered near the school, but then the security asked them to leave, and the children moved to the wasteland. Some of the eyewitnesses even called the police.
Earlier, the Russian Safe Internet League suspected the series of a detrimental effect on adolescents and asked psychologists to check the show popular among Russian schoolchildren. The organization noted that they received several requests from parents in connection with the release of the series on Netflix and Kinopoisk services.
