Russian travel blogger Alexey Kutovoy spent a month in a residential complex (RC) in Thailand for the rich and revealed the size of his expenses. He shared his story in his personal blog called “Kutova about travel” on the Zen platform.
The author of the publication said that his friend, who lives in Bangkok and was planning to fly to Russia for a month, offered him to stay in her apartment in an elite condominium for half price. The size of the studio is about 30 square meters. It consists of a bedroom, a living room, a kitchen, a bathroom and a small balcony.

The condominium itself has two large swimming pools, a gym, co-working spaces, a tennis court, a basketball court, and a mini-cinema. Owners and tenants can use all of this for free.
“These are simply the most luxurious conditions for such money. The residential complex is like a small town, from which you don’t have to go anywhere except to the store,” Kutovoy added.
The Russian also noted that he bought and fried shrimp almost every day, and also ate at restaurants in a shopping center located nearby.
“In total, in a month of living in such a place, I spent about 30 thousand baht (about 84 thousand rubles),” the traveler concluded, explaining that he spent 17.4 thousand rubles on rent and electricity, 56 thousand on food, and about 11.2 thousand on mobile communications, buying clothes, transportation, and other small expenses.
Earlier, the same travel blogger named the worst city of all that he had seen. Kutovoy admitted that he considers New Delhi a nightmare place.
