This was reported by the press service of the Russian Ministry of Defense on Monday, November 22.
“The servicemen of the observation post are monitoring the observance of the ceasefire regime in their area of responsibility around the clock. Russian peacekeepers ensure the safe passage of transit vehicles through checkpoints. In order to prevent possible provocations, all vehicles are subject to inspection, and if necessary, they are inspected, ”said Dmitry Lychkin, a representative of the Russian peacekeeping contingent.
All observation posts are equipped with modern outdoor video surveillance cameras, LED floodlights and uninterruptible power supplies, and the peacekeeping contingent is outfitted in Ratnik suits.
