In the Krasnoyarsk Territory, police detained a man suspected of breaking into a morgue in search of an overnight stay and damaging four bodies with a scalpel. It is reported by RIA News with reference to the press service of the regional headquarters of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
The incident took place in the Kuraga region in the south of the region. At night, a Russian born in 1989, drunk, was looking for a place to sleep. He broke into the front door of the morgue at the district hospital. While there, he damaged four bodies of the dead with a scalpel.
The burglary was reported by doctors. The man was found a few hours later; he turned out to be a local resident with no previous convictions. The issue of initiating a criminal case on desecration of the bodies of the dead is being resolved.
On the eve in the city of Novomoskovsk, Tula region, a group of unknown men burst into the building of the city clinical hospital and started a pogrom. Four malefactors attacked the security guard of the medical facility, as well as broke the door and smashed the phone in the emergency department. According to preliminary data, none of the medical personnel was injured.
