French president Emmanuel MacronGerman Chancellor Olaf Scholz and the Prime Minister of Italy Mario Draghi visiting today in Kiev, told the Ukrainian news site Kyiv Independent On Twitter on wednesday.
The heads of state are scheduled to meet with a visit of the President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyi and to discuss Ukraine’s possible membership of the EU.
Chancellor Scholz has previously commented on a possible visit to Ukraine, saying he is not going to travel to Kiev just to pose for a photo. He has said he will only visit for significant things instead.
The German newspaper Bild am Sonntag and the Italian La Stampa have also previously reported on the joint visit of the heads of state.
