The Russian Armed Forces have taken full control of the Ukrainian city of Kherson. This was reported to Lente.ru by the official representative of the Russian Ministry of Defense, Major General Igor Konashenkov.
Konashenkov noted that civil infrastructure, life support facilities for residents of the city and public transport are operating as usual. In addition, there were no shortages in food and essential goods.
