CD Projekt RED and other development studios help the Ukrainian population with concrete gestures.
The Polish study CD Projekt RED spoke in reference to the Russian invasion of Ukraine, announcing a donation to support humanitarian aid for those affected by the war.
Through a post on Twitterthe studio behind The Witcher And Cyberpunk 2077 stated that “the recent invasion of Ukraine, of our friends and neighbors has left us shocked and indignant“, adding that”in solidarity with all the victims of this act of aggression, the group decided to support the humanitarian aid efforts by donating PLN 1 million (approximately $ 240,000)“to a humanitarian aid organization based in Poland.
Later, in another message, the development studio pointed out: “we cannot remain indifferent in the face of so many injustices and we ask everyone to unite and help as much as possible. Together we can make a big difference!“.

CD Projekt RED is just the latest of the studios that are mobilizing to help Ukraine in these hours: the STALKER 2 team has also asked to help with donations, while the studio behind This War of Mine has declared that it will donate 100 % of one-week sales to the Ukrainian Red Cross.
