RTVE announced this Friday the opening of a disciplinary file against an employee of the Corporation as a result of the progress in the investigation initiated by the leak of the theoretical test of the informant categorywhich was supposed to take place on September 29 and was postponed to November 2.
On its website, RTVE reports that the disciplinary file “is based on the alleged non-compliance, by a worker, with the provisions of the RTVE Collective Agreement as well as the action manual of the Valuation Committee.” And he specified: “It is suspended due to the existence of well-founded indications of criminal illegality and the current practice of a police investigation in that sense.”
The Corporation has assured that it will continue working “with the utmost determination” to clarify the facts“guaranteeing maximum transparency and will proceed to demand the corresponding responsibilities.”
