Royal Prince Andrew is demanding the right in the U.S. to dismiss an “unfounded” sex action

Andrew’s attorneys filed a response to the lawsuit filed against him in New York on Friday at local time.

The plaintiff, currently 38 years old Virginia Giuffren according to the deceased sex offender and businessman Jeffrey Epstein had regularly exploited him and, so to speak, lent him for sexual purposes to Prince Andrew and other influential men.

According to the lawsuit, Epstein, Prince Andrew, and the social media Ghislaine Maxwell forced the minor to have sex with Prince Andrew.

Andrew has vehemently denied the charges. According to a statement submitted by his representatives on Friday, Giuffre is seeking to “get a new payday” with accusations.

Andrew’s attorneys argue that Giuffre “allegedly received millions of dollars” from the 2017 settlement after he sued Maxwell.

Giuffre has argued that Andrew sexually assaulted him more than 20 years ago when he was 17 years old and a minor under U.S. state law.

“Virginia Giuffre may well have fallen victim to Jeffrey Epstein’s sexual abuse, and nothing can justify Epstein’s monstrous behavior toward Giuffre, if that is the case. However, Prince Andrew never sexually abused or beat Giuffre. He unequivocally denies Giuffre’s false accusations against him, ”Andrew’s lawyers now wrote to the court.

Prince Andrew, 61, is the queen Elizabeth another boy. In 2019, he relinquished royal duties because of his friendship with Epstein.

Epstein died in his prison in New York in 2019 while he waited for the trial to begin. The death of 66-year-old Epstein is considered suicide.
