The phenomenon Round 6, the original South Korean series from Netflix, provokes many thoughts and money is one of the main points of the story. During the plot, the characters deal with various figures, apart from the prize money of the winner, but all in the currency of the country.
For Brazilians who were curious to know how much these amounts cost in reais, Netflix Brasil made the conversion and revealed the values. According to the platform, the total prize for the game would be over R$200 million, to be precise, the prize would be R$208,845,119.58, which would make the player a millionaire.

If all 456 participants shared the prize, the value would reach R$ 457,993.68 for each one. Cho Sang-Woo’s debt is approximately R$27.5 million. The protagonist Seong Gi-hun, on the other hand, owed a much lower amount, of R$ 732,789.89.
The character Gi-hun wins a horse racing bet, before entering the game, and earns R$20,609.72. The last value converted by Netflix is the slap in the face game, which was worth R$ 457.99.
Opening in September, Round 6 has become the streaming platform’s most-watched original series. The plot wasn’t created with a second season in mind, but with the popularity of the series, the creator is rethinking the ending.
