Rospotrebnadzor has changed the rules for the entry of Russians to their homeland from abroad. Now tourists who have returned home must upload the results of PCR tests to the State Services portal within four days. This is stated in order head of department Anna Popova, posted on the official portal of legal information.
According to the document, from July 30, Russians arriving from abroad must post the results of PCR tests on a single portal of public services within four days, and not three, as it is now.
The previously vaccinated Sputnik V Russians were named countries open to tourism. Despite the fact that the vaccine was officially recognized by two European states – Hungary and Slovakia, vaccinated Russians are allowed free entry without presenting an additional PCR test only to the first country.
Also, tourists who have completed a full course of vaccination can freely come without a PCR test and quarantine to 16 more countries – Azerbaijan, Armenia, Bulgaria, Venezuela, Georgia, Egypt, Cyprus, Kyrgyzstan, Madeira, Moldova, Mongolia, Romania, Tajikistan, Turkey , Montenegro and Estonia.
