On Friday, January 22, the singer from Chachapoyas Rommel Hunter, one of the leading voices in Peruvian bachata, premiered his song “Everything is over” along with the exponent of urban music Bryan jg.
The new single, whose video clip was also released the same day on YouTube, turns out to be a sequel to his previous production “Toxic relationship”, Published in December 2020, as a bachata and soon to be re-released as a salsa.
To promote the theme, Rommel Hunter and Bryan JG connected to a broadcast on Instagram, in which it was revealed that each wrote their part in “Everything is over.”
“It’s a very good salsa to dedicate to someone,” expressed the rapper, and also praised the work of the Peruvian singer-songwriter in editing the video clip.
For his part, Rommel Hunter explained that he became interested in the style of Bryan JG after listening to his song “El 10 de la calle”, the main theme of the biographical film about Jefferson Farfán.
With a career spanning several years, Rommel Hunter ventured into the urban salsa genre in 2018, and to date has six albums between bachata and reggaeton titled Urban inspiration, Evolution and talent, Evolution and talent volume 2, Tenacious love, I wait for you and Joint.
One of his most recent and successful productions was “For the last time”, Recorded in collaboration with the Cuban salsa company Vernis Hernández in October 2020.
